Smooth process, started with online coding interview and then behavioural. Didn't end up going to the next stage. But overall they were nice and they did give me feedback on what I did well in the interview and how to improve.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caplin Systems (London, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
- The first stage was a 30 minute initial interview, where the interviewer asked about my previous experiences.
- The second stage was comprised of a 1 hour formal technical assessment, followed by an informal 1hr and 30 minute technical.

Question 1
Make 10 test cases pass where each case required code to be implemented for a provided class' methods.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Caplin Systems in Jan 2024
Interview
I really liked Caplin's work culture So wanted to work for Caplin. There were two rounds. First round with the Product Development Manager. He was good and I've connected with him very well and looking forward to keep in touch as he was a nice person. He explained business and their culture etc while asking questions based on my previous experience. The second round was technical. I work in React+typescript ,functional components and this interview was in JavaScript and class based concept. The interviewer is less interested to know about me or making a connection. Just explained the program and the development environment was bit difficult to navigate through in the first instance. I was given boiler plate code and asked to work on class based project. In an hour time I've delivered what I can and 9/10 tests were passing. yet the interviewer said I didn't clear this round.
