Cappex interview questions

Almost too easy, as I got hired over the phone. Basic questions regarding last roles, behavioral questions, etc. The role itself was contract so they weren't insanely stringent with the questions.

I applied online along with an employee referral, then got scheduled for a 20-30 minute phone interview. At the end of the phone interview was scheduled for and in-person interview a few days later which was roughly an hour long with three members of the marketing team.
