Question 1
Based on your understanding of the role and our work, where do you think you have skills you’ll be able to immediately apply vs. areas where you will need to learn/stretch?
I had a phone call with one of their Investment Managers and the interview was pretty straight forward. I was told that they'd get back to me in a few weeks but its been over 2 months now and they still haven't responded to any of my follow-up emails. Very disappointing, considering I checked out their team beforehand and they seemed like a good and professional set of people. Even if they didn't want to move forward, they should've let me know instead of straight up ghosting a candidate.
