Capria interview questions

1st round interview is with someone on the operations team. Then a technical exercise is assigned. Then a 2nd round interview with manager or future supervisor. 3rd round interview with someone on the executive leadership team.

I had a phone call with one of their Investment Managers and the interview was pretty straight forward. I was told that they'd get back to me in a few weeks but its been over 2 months now and they still haven't responded to any of my follow-up emails. Very disappointing, considering I checked out their team beforehand and they seemed like a good and professional set of people. Even if they didn't want to move forward, they should've let me know instead of straight up ghosting a candidate.
