It was organized and interviewee-friendly since it was only conducted online. The people in charge of the interview process were professional. Even though I didn't get a job offer, I can still say that it was overall an amazing experience.
Went thru all of the stages of the interview and was trained before going thru it. They really want students to pass their companies. They did not really open up much about how they work but they did market most of the time their expert network, which is Capvision is mostly known for.
The interview process at Capvision is fairly structured and consistent with other expert-network / consulting-adjacent roles (like GLG, AlphaSights), but with a strong emphasis on communication, speed, and commercial thinking.
