I had an initial interview with the owner, VP, and the Director of Digital Marketing. The interview went well, and I was asked to come back for a second interview shortly after. After I got verbal confirmation that the job was mine, I was asked to come in for a physical handshake to seal the deal. I enjoyed this because it was a bit old school to me, and I could appreciate it.

The interview process was simple and not so pressured. I was able to showcase my skills to the panel and show them that I knew what I was talking about.
