Interview
Had a phone call with a recruiter. Got an in-person interview set-up. I talked with four different people, each lasting about 20 minutes. They asked generally the same questions. After the fourth interview, I had a writing prompt which took another 30 minutes. I was given basic content and had to format an email blast and check the grammar of the content given. I then received a call from my recruiter asking to set up a second interview, but this time on the phone with a director. I did enjoy how the recruiter prepared you for both the in-person and phone interviews.

My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!

Interview
You’re in contact with a recruiter the entire time who preps you for the interview. The recruiter will match you with a team that is hiring after passing the initial screening. The team specific interview is long, since it’s basically 3 people rotating in to interview you. However it’s fairly easy, a mix of technical, behavioral, and get to know you questions. Everyone was so personable and kind!
