The interview process was informal and confusing. They took forever to actually interview me, and when they did, they asked me irrelevant questions like if I drink, how political of a person I am, and random things.
There were 3 interviews. One with a recruiter, then hiring manager, then another with some of your team leads. The questions were fairly easy, nothing technical just straight forward. Shouldn’t be any stress
Recruiters dont follow up, dont send calendar invites for meetings etc. Emailed a word document to fill out like a mall kiosk application, that had typos on it. Very disappointing experience for a tech company.

Interview
Virtual all happened via a phone call talked about goals, but in all customer service and sales experience was talked about and highly sought after. Overall stress free and enjoyable. Good process
