Interview
I received an email from Caravela asking me to begin the interview process but then they wanted to make sure I was okay with it being a part-time position and not full time.
I said I was not interested in part-time, but thank you for thinking of me.
They implored me to do the interview anyway, because, they didn't want to lose the opportunity to interview me (their words) and maybe it could indeed be a full time position based on my performance.
I had two 1-hour interviews in back-to-back weeks and was told they would follow up soon after and were excited about the prospect of me potentially joining.
After all of that - they ghosted. No answer, no response to emails. I should have taken the original red flag for what it was when they said the job was only going to be part-time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Caravela Coffee (London, England)
Interview
Simple first interview, lasted over 1 hour, 2nd and last interview in Spanish with the Director of HR. Very nice and went well until I asked about benefits with the company and if that was a plan to develop for the UK. Received an automatic response saying I wasn't successful and not updated my name in the draft - Dear [Name}.
Additionally asked for feedback on why I wasn't successful and never got a response.
