Carbon interview questions

I had a first round of interviews with an external agency, then I had another interview with the founder, who said that I would be given an assignment after the next round of interviews. Ultimately I had an interview with some people from the department that I would be working with, sitting all at the same table, with the camera filming them from quite far and their voice was incredibly hard to understand because of the distance, or because of the microphone. It was really hard to talk to them and understand what they were talking about. Plus, they were extremely cold same as if I was going to join the military army, so I wasn't really comfortable. After this interview, I wasn't even given an assignment or any feedback/explanation from the company. The external agency told me "this is a no-go". The founder ghosted me and didn't reply to my email asking him for some feedback.
