Care Patron interview questions

Was asked to do coding challenge improving better user interaction using AI. The initial code base had front end and back end project. The backend project had API implemented without any SOLID principles. Long story short: got rejection bcaz they expected code with Agentic frameworks, clean structured, covering additional use cases (out of box) , no test cases . This wasn't clear in the requirement docx.

make system design of a case crud patient, external integration to the system, expectation unclear. Then you will only get top down feedback, there won't be any debrief on what you have made.
