CareWell Health (NJ) interview questions

The interviewing manager did not remember which position I was interviewing for, had to refresh their memory about my resume that caught her attention in the first place, and then spent the entirety of 15 minutes berating me about my lack of experience that stood out in the first place to call me in for an interview. While asking me questions, I would get 3-5 questions about different jobs over the past 10 years all at once! I answered them the way they came, and I’d be interrupted by the time I explained two or three jobs to be told those answers were contradictory because they thought I was answering about one job and forgot they asked multiple questions across multiple jobs. I’d explain that they asked me several things from multiple jobs and I’m answering for all, and they just said okay... Throughout the brief interview they continued to interrupt me and moved on to other subjects. They would repeat this behavior over and over while sprinkling the “you don’t have enough experience for the role”. The interview concluded with “Okay, well I don’t have anymore questions, do you?” with a look of annoyance. I have never experienced something like this in my nearly 2 decades working.
