We first had an interview infront of many people then i went to for a typing test then i did assessments then i passed all of them then i went for final interview then everything was sorted because i passed it too then i was told to wait for an SMS to see when i start with training
We did assessments then did interview where they asked about my experience and if I have customer service experience. What the campaign is about and if I will have transport for training.

after the reading of script then interviews were done an hour later then we were called one b y one and whoever was successful was told to come back for fingerprints

Interview
The interview process was straight forward, I was also able to ask questions and left with clarity at the end of the interview. The interview is not at all just be prepared when you go there.
