I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cargill (College Station, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
met on campus and the interview lasted about 30 minutes. They asked behavioral questions... they didn't describe the position and one of the interviewers seemed depressed. The other interviewer seemed nice but I didn't like the fact the interviewers read generic questions ff a piece of paper

Question 1
Have you disagreed with someone you work you work together? If yes, how did you solve the conflict?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Cargill
Interview
The process was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming.
Spoke with Cargill at a career fair, and received an interview one week later. Then received little communication with vague updates and timelines. Eventually got a second interview with the plant of my choice, and had another month and a half with vague updates and timelines. After multiple attempts to communicate with the recruiter during this time period, eventually I received a response saying that the plant I interviewed for suddenly no longer had the budget to hire a new FSQR associate.
