Either a group of 2 or one on one interviews asking mostly S.T.A.R. questions. In total about 4 interviews lasting about 4-5 hours at the corporate location. Then you get a call a week later asking if you'd like a certain location.

To figure out how many stations and how many operators you need in a production line, you start with the takt time and total workload, then factor in efficiency, layout, and operator balance. Here’s the step-by-step:
Multiple rounds with cross functional leaders. Technical but problem solving focused. Emphasis on how past experience will help in role. 3 or 4 rounds with different group each time. Was conducted virtually not in person.
