Really fun interview experience.
I got a call to interview at the local research office in my town. First round was with a senior data scientist at Cargill. The interview had a combination of behavioral and technical questions. The interviewer was really fun to speak with and he asked questions ranging on theoretical concepts of machine learning (optimization routines, regularization etc.) to practical aspects (OpenCV, Python, tensorFlow).
Second round was within four days with another senior data scientist. This was more of a behavioral interview with some questions on past projects on vision. But nothing too specific. Really fun conversation and the interviewer had tonnes of experience in machine learning so it was a great learning experience.
Overall process was very fast. About ten days from first interview to internship offer.
HR was very helpful and responsive and really helped a lot.

Interview
Achei que faltou a devida comunicação entre as partes envolvidas: Cia de Talentos (recrutadores), Super Teacher (testes de inglês) e Cargill. O primeiro contato foi feito por telefone. Falei brevemente da minha carreira e tive que responder perguntas em inglês também. Logo depois, tive que realizar provas de raciocínio lógico e inglês (>60 questões). A outra etapa seria composta por dois testes de inglês (de novo): um deles explorava gramática (60 questões) o outro explorava conversação. Não cheguei a realizar o segundo porque a Cargill simplesmente me eliminou do processo, já que haveria uma etapa presencial e eles não viabilizariam minha ida á cidade. O incoerente disso tudo foi que, desde o princípio, deixei claro que eu estava em outra cidade e, em caso de aprovação, eu iria me mudar. Então, se sabiam que eu estava em outra cidade, porque não esclarecer que haveria uma etapa presencial desde o início? Resumindo: empreguei tempo em testes cansativos para nada.
