Interview
Phone interview, which is actually screening, is conducted by Human Resources. Upon their recommendation, Hiring Manager proceeds to interview in person. If candidate is successful during first interview, more than likely, there will be a second interview with an additional manager. Two sets of eyes and ears are better than one when it comes to the final decision!

Question 1
Most questions are behavioral based (ie. Give me an example of when your idea conflicted with your manager. How did you handle the conflicting idea and what was the outcome?"), mixed in with something like "Why do you want to work here?" or "Why are you the right person for this role?"

het gesprek ging vlot en er werd snelle feedback gegeven indien gevraagd. Een deel van het gesprek verliep online en er werd al snel gevraagd om langs te komen. De vragen tijdens het gesprek waren formeel en gerelateerd met de functie
