The interview was mostly behavioral questions and they mostly ask you to talk about your technical background. The interviews were mostly friendly and want to see where your passions lies for food and beverage company.
To figure out how many stations and how many operators you need in a production line, you start with the takt time and total workload, then factor in efficiency, layout, and operator balance. Here’s the step-by-step:
Multiple rounds with cross functional leaders. Technical but problem solving focused. Emphasis on how past experience will help in role. 3 or 4 rounds with different group each time. Was conducted virtually not in person.
