Get invited to do an interview. Interview went by good they were mostly general questions regarding myself and the reasons why the finance department. But sadly never got a response. I guess better luck next time.

Interview
I got contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn and we scheduled an interview. The interview lasted around 40 minutes and most of this time the recruiter was explaining the graduate programme and the way it was structured. I got a feeling that the questions asked were written on a paper that lied in front of the recruiter and she just read them one-by-one without actual interest in my answers. She did not ask follow-up questions and, hence, I got a negative experience: I did not have a sense that the recruiter was genuinely interested in me even though she contacted me in the first place.
