Interview
At first, I attended an on-campus interview with two representatives from Cargill. Next, I got invited to an interview with two other folks higher up at Cargill over Zoom. As a whole, it was a very pleasant experience.

Interview
There were 3 back to back video interviews each with an employee that represented a different sector of the company. Each individual seemed to focus on a different set of questions. The questions asked targeted my technical and leadership experience as well as my general personality traits. Everyone was super easy to talk to! There were even a few laughs during the interview!

Talked to an engineer from one of their locations in California, they start out asking about my personality and what I know about the company then the rest of the interview is STAR based questions.
