Caring Hearts In-Home Care interview questions

One phone call with the co-owner to set up an appointment for an interview. One in person interview at a senior apartment building in Sandy, Utah. We met in the library and I filled out the background check application ($13 deducted from my paycheck), and payroll paperwork. I was given copies of company policies which I went over on my own later. There was no company application. I feel that I was hired off the initial phone call. The meeting was very relaxed and took less than an hour. I was given information about the senior client and given a brief introduction at the client's apartment. I was given information about scheduling and started work the next day with no training. This was no problem as the client directed me as to what needed to be done during the shift.
