Carlo Lamperti interview questions

First interview was in Italy headquarters where I've been introduced to the owner by the head hunter called Praxi. We even have agreed on title, pay, conditions in this first interview. Then they have invited me to their factory where I was supposed me to the factory manager. Everything was fine until they have told me at the end that the title has been changed to something else and they want to pay me less.
