Carolinas Pathology interview questions

Very informal process. Talked with lab supervisor over the phone to give background information and receive information about the role, responsibilities, what the lab is like. Then met with supervisor and toured lab a couple times and observed other workers in the role. Was asked about education and other experience, although you learn everything you need to on the job. Heard back immediately with an offer pending background check and drug screening.
