Two-step. First interview with admin/coordinator who explained the organization and their plans to streamline processes. Very thorough, with a professional air that was also very relaxed and straightforward.

Some review of resume and goodness of fit with history to job opening. It felt like the interviewer had looked over my resume thoroughly, and the interview was about exploring details. Second interview truly felt like a chance for the clinical director to get to know me in person.
