Cascadia Healthcare interview questions

It was a straight forward interview process with ample face time with relevant senior staff. General expected questions with few curve balls thrown during the process. It did not really provide an adequate feel of the company culture.

Pretty informal interview but very extensive. I completed a panel interview with other staff members for a variety of different roles. The Company had a great vision. They expressed how they were a younger company who are looking to grow through the northern western area. They did ask a lot of questions and depending who's on your panel some of the questions are pretty complex.
