Catalyst IT interview questions

I was invited for the coffee meeting. I was selected for the first round and got selected in second round. And they conducted second round with some assessment. And after two weeks later they had sent out me a mail saying they had selected other person. Very worst culture and long waiting time for the feedback. I would recommend not join their company as it's a small company and they do not have any standard process for hiring. Totally time waste.
