Initial application Psychometric tests (verbal, numerical) Phone interview (competency based) Assessment centre I got up to the phone interview, received an email saying I passed but they were waiting to interview other candidates for the position and then they would get back to me with a final answer. Even though they said I passed on the email I received a follow up email over a month later saying I had not been chosen... very annoying considering they told me I passed the phone interview afternoon I completed it.
