I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Clayton, NC) in Apr 2018
Interview
First, I had a screening interview over the phone with the career fair recruiter a few weeks after the career fair. After another few weeks, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Both were relatively short and very straightforward with questions mostly about my resume and what I was interested in. Shortly after the second phone interview, I had an in-person interview. It was with a panel, and I was asked nine STAR format questions which took a little over an hour.
