An hour interview with three different people in the same department. Current manager, coworker and another manager. They do STAR behavioral questions, usually similar to what you see online.

The recruiter rescheduled the initial screening call twice and canceled 15 minutes before my second phone interview due to "restructuring the role." I never heard back after that, but the process seemed very disorganized.

An online process where I was given time to prepare and record depending on how ready I was for each question. I was able to complete practice questions as well before the final interview and also look over all my answers at the end and if unhappy, I was able to do my answers again
