Interview
Two weeks after I submitted CV, I received an invite to do an online cantonese assessment via hirevue. Another 2 weeks I got invited to assessment day in Hong Kong in which I got to select from either 2 dates. On the day it started with handing in documents, then a group round in which 4 people got asked to stay to do 101 interview out of 8.

Online Cantonese assessment was 4 questions: 1. Read out a flight announcement in cantonese 2. Translate captains announcement from English to Cantonese 3 & 4. Create a short conversation/speech to a customer where a scenario and keywords were given

2. How do you improve an unsatisfactory customer experience?
3. Describe an instance where you had to collaborate with a colleague to find a solution to a problem.
4. How do you respond to a customer's question for which you don't know the answer?
5. How do you handle a customer who complains about a known issue with a product or service?
6. Describe a mistake that you made handling a customer service issue and how you mitigated it.

Interview
The interview process was smooth, firstly submitting required documents in the morning, then group interview conducted. If passed, wait for the panel interview. After finishing the interview, will be arranged for English test in the afternoon if needed.
