Easy background check, land a job based on previous experience. Personal qualifications are not very important since this is an officer job, it is just important to the mechanic work properly.
First round interview is video, need to answer 6 questions. Then there is an online apt test, very difficult. And then Need to prepare the case study but not very difficult. the HR and manager is nice and friendly.
