e interview process was a bit unconventional. They provided a brief overview of the projects and then required me to sign an NDA before sharing additional details via email. This felt a bit premature and not very candidate-friendly. Additionally, the technical interview was never scheduled because the developer was unavailable and had not set a time, which made the process feel disorganized.
