The interview wasn't difficult at all. Mainly they asked what experience I had as waiting staff (I had more than enough), because it is a very busy place, even though I know of hired people with very little experience, so not really a big deal. After that, they scheduled a day's trial, which is when you really have the opportunity of proving yourself. I believe that, if you have the right attitude towards the job (willing to learn and to move!), you can easily get the job
