Many, many lengthy interviews: one hour phone interview, two one hour in person interviews. I felt like all my interviews went well, and they seemed excited for me. Then, the third interview with the head of the company was awkward and weird. He started asking me about my family and my children, and seemed obviously uncomfortable with the fact that I had kids. After that, I didn't get the job, and when I asked why I didn't get it, I never got a straight answer. I was suspicious of this because usually a company will give you something specific from the interview or something you could have done better, but Advancement Courses just kept skirting my question. I think I was discriminated against for having children. I can't prove this of course, but I had all of the qualifications and I had great interviews.
