I submitted my resume via email and received a phone call not long after - two weeks or less but I don't remember exactly. The call was from the existing EA who was moving on. She asked me a few general questions about my experience and my goals. After that I was emailed a personality test, and then invited in to be interviewed by my future boss and another manager on the team. They asked me questions and I asked them questions. It was comfortable and pretty easy.
