Interview
The first stage of the hiring process involves an interview with the recruiter. This is usually a screening process where the recruiter evaluates the candidate's qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. The recruiter asked questions about the candidate's previous work experience, their skills, and their motivation for applying for the role. Candidates who meet the requirements are usually invited to the next stage of the hiring process. The second stage of the hiring process involves a one-day interview with the hiring team. The hiring team asked questions about technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and how I would approach specific situations. Finally, the last stage involves an offer or rejection in the next business week. After the one-day interview, the hiring team reviews the candidate's performance and decides whether or not to extend an offer.
