Centrelink interview questions

STAR model process for both written submission and face to face. Questions requiring situational responses to demonstrate ability. Face to face held infront of panel. Process used was for employee going from casual to permanent with years of demonstrated experience.

First, they get you to do a bunch of online assessments including a 'chatbot' interview to determine your personality type. Then a bunch of written questions. Then the video interview, which was over phone for me. All up, pretty labour-intensive, but fair.
