Recruiter is extremely nice and friendly, until they have to make a decision, and then they ghost you.
Interview process is disjointed and not enjoyable, which reflects how it'll be like working there based on what is currently in place. Ask the interviewers why the previous person left and you'll have a clearer picture.
There was a technical interview, but basically the interviewer doesn't know the technology for the position, so it's more like a chat on what you know and what you can do.
I ended up getting a much better offer somewhere else, and was in the end happy that I didn't get an offer from Centria.
