Century Oaks Title interview questions

Contacted for a phone interview. It was very short and involved verifying the position details. An in-person interview was set with the office manager. There were no typical interview questions; I was asked to go over my experience in more detail, and I was asked about my willingness to work overtime (which is standard in this industry). Several questions followed, though, that were inappropriate (i.e.: "Do you have young children?" - which the manager later explained was because those with young children tend to take more time off). There were other comments that I felt were inappropriate (seriously personal information shared with me within about 20 minutes).
