- Phone screening (asked if I would relocate and if the salary range would be OK to move forward in the process)
- Interview with 2 managers on the team
- Timed writing exercise
- Interview with directors
This entire process took 2.5 months and required follow-up emails because they often did not get back to me in the time frame they said they would. I found the interviews to be easy and the people who were interviewing me to be very kind. They asked me a good amount of situational questions (have some STARs ready for your work and communication style).
This is an entry level position for a recent graduate and, just as the job title states, it's to be the assistant who will do administrative tasks for their team. Because I have leadership experience, I was getting questions (especially from males ...) about how I would feel being told what to do and how much I would want to change the process of how things are done. I didn't appreciate that, especially because I understood the job description and position in the organization.
