CertifyOS interview questions

Freshers, be aware! After applying for the Operations Analyst role through Indeed, I received an assessment link from CertifyOS. However, before starting the test, I was asked a pre-qualifying question about my years of experience. I honestly selected that I’m a fresher with internship experience and was immediately notified that I couldn’t proceed further. What’s disappointing is that the job description and the application process both clearly mentioned an option for “Fresher/Internship Experience.” This made it seem like freshers were eligible, encouraging many of us to apply only to be filtered out at the very first step.

iThe interview process starts with application screening, then a recruiter call, followed by technical or behavioral interviews, final discussions with leadership, reference checks, and ends with an offer negotiation and onboarding.
