Certis Belchim interview questions

I applied online via an HR agency. Overall, the process was straightforward. I have met with 3 people -HR and ICT. Interview lasted around 45mins and included questions around organizational structure in the beginning and then, we moved to more specific questions (eg. knowledge around certain platforms, how to roll out an adoption plan for Oracle etc) Although promised, they did not come back with feedback and I emailed them back. The HR was more interfering when it comes to the IT skills required. They also asked for relevant MS certifications. However, it was a pleasant experience.
