I applied online. I interviewed at Challenger School (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Emailed to complete a pre-employment assessment.
The assessment was timed for a total of around 40 questions around 12 minutes (around 18 secs per question), Questions involved English vocabulary, basic math skills, visual cognition, etc. Questions appeared to increase in difficulty. I was unable to complete all the questions in the given time, despite being a native English speaker and having Bachelors of Science.
Following that, there was a personality profiling and preferred career activity inventory involving around another 100 questions.
The process took approximately 40 minutes.
Following that a free personality profile was sent by email.
I received a timely notification informing me that the team would not proceed.
