Easy in many ways with largely friendly people but HR/Recruiting was beyond disorganized making the interview process tedious and changed my desire to work there literally mid interview after dealing with constant changing of times and locations (4+ times). The role was so undefined and no one knew exactly what they were looking for. I was interviewing at 4 different companies and Chamberlain quickly went from my #1 choice to #4. My last interview I went in hoping that something or someone would change my mind at the company since it does have great benefits, but sadly no one did and I became more focused on ending the interview than anything.
