Interview
I first sat down with Dean Seal in her office and had a discussion with her regarding the job and any questions I might have. We then sat down in a large conference room with the Dean and the three other SLS instructors where they were all given the opportunity to ask me questions and I was given the opportunity to ask questions as well.

One of the questions they asked me was when I thought it would be appropriate to address a problem with a group of students versus individually take a student aside to discuss a problem.
