Changeworks interview questions

Standard interview process - 3 people in the room taken notes in a pen and paper while you presented yourself. Concerns regarding my data as some internal applicants have access to my name and last name and they stalked my profile in LinkedIn. I have the feeling they have a name in mind from an internal candidate since the start. My suspicion was accurate when they just published the position of the stalker out which means she is getting the promotion Avoid to go through the process as they already have their own pool of talent, waste of time and energy.

Smooth process - reached out through recruiter who then met with the team to discuss my profile. Got invited to an interview with the organisation; interview questions were standard around work experiences and more technical questions. Quick turnaround and got offer a few days later.
