Interview
The interview process took about a month. Consisted of four different steps: initial phone screen, a skype case interview, an online skills assessment, and lastly an on-site interview. The phone screen and case interview were standard. The online skills assessment was a simple exam testing basic math, grammar, and logic/reasoning skills. The on-site interview consisted of working on a case study, behavioral interviews, and a presentation (candidate's choice of topic).

Question 1
All questions asked were standard behavioral questions, e.g. "walk me through your resume", "tell me about you failed", etc.
1st round: asking about past experience, why econ consulting, following by a case study. The case study is based on a context asking simple calculations and analysis on whether there are problems.

The first round interview involved behavioral questions and a short case study. The final round interview involved behavioral and skills interviews with 3 senior level employees and a case study following independent work.
