I applied online for an associate position and was contacted a few days later by a senior associate to setup an interview to be conducted over Skype. By and large, the interview was laid back with few surprises. We discussed my resume, work experience, term paper and they had me answer some basic questions on data regarding housing sales. Overall the interview and recruitment process were pleasant, but I did not receive an offer.
