Charles River Community Health interview questions

It was a wonderful experience. The recruiting team was very professional and felt a great connection instantly. The process overall and the getting hired took about 2 weeks because of working with myself and the team schedule.

I was alerted about the job through email. The process took 1 week. My experience interviewing for this position, while I was currently employed at this facility, was possibly the most negative professional experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. Both interviewers who held high positions at the company were late which in and of itself is not necessarily unexpected but was not a good start. Their demeanor was very much aggressive and their intentions were not to interview for this position but more of a bombardment of negative criticism towards someone who had been at the company for less a few months. To a certain extent the people who what they think about a certain degree of impartiality however that was not the case there's a clear predetermined conception going in that this was not going to be an interview but more an attempt to verbally harass another human being onto the point that they would walk out of the office and quit the company on the spot. Around the middle of the interview there was an interruption and I was told to go back to my office while it was sorted out, however even after the issue was resolved I was not summoned to continue the interview so I waited. I waited for over an hour until returning back to the interviewing spot only to find the interviewers is sitting there gossiping, not respecting another person's time or their responsibilities. Once the interview resumed it was an all-out assault on a current employees personality and work ethic, with all of their "thoughts" completely false and misguided. So if you were a person who likes to be insulted by people who are of high rank at a company then this may be the type of position you want to interview for. Needless to say I was not offered this position and thankfully I'm no longer at this company.
