The interview process was generally easy and not hard to proceed to the next rounds. I made it to the final round which was a case study. I received some bad, unexpected news back home and ultimately decided that I need to immediately return home, which is in a different state. Although it was bad timing for me to be receiving that news the day of my case study, I went ahead and let them know I would have to pull myself from the process. Why would I waste their time if I knew that I wasn't going to be able to accept. I was met with a nasty email from their recruiter. She basically accused me of lying and said what are the odds this happened the day of your case. Their recruiting division is definitely more agency styled and sales centered as I learned from the interview, so she was clearly angry that I wouldn't be helping her reach her quota. Against my better judgement, I didn't listen to the reviews on here and decided to engage. Working here seems like it would have been an awful environment. I would recommend to management to have more empathy and understanding. If your low-level employees are behaving poorly during the interview process.... you clearly have a bad culture and was a massive turn off.
