      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Oct 2022

      Interview

It took almost six weeks with four rounds including a comprehensive case study. I really enjoyed interviewing with the supervisor for the role. After the last presentation, I never heard anything even after repeatedly emailing. I assumed I would even get a template thanks but no thanks email yet nothing came. Considering the excessive amount of time that went into the interviews that I had to take off of work a response seemed reasonable. Shortly thereafter learned that the potential supervisor left the company after only being there a few months. Red flags for me: -An unnecessarily long one size fits all interview process requiring a meeting with the CEO that was very challenging to get scheduled. - The company seems to have a lack of awareness of how they are impacting interviewees needing to make arrangements and leave existing jobs multiple times and do many hours of “homework” is an indicator of the lack of awareness they would have as an employer for employees. -When I asked HR how they show they value employee wellbeing I was told each employee gets a small stipend for things like a meditation app but many staff were transparent (and I appreciated this) that everyone works over 40 hours a week and culture/morale was something they were working on. -Interview questions were canned and poorly crafted. It speaks volumes that no matter the position there are countless posts regarding the how would you build the pizza company question. It’s a tremendous missed opportunity to ask questions that reflect applicable necessary skills. -From an outsider looking in, the feel of the process was the company is scaling way too fast and missing the guidance and expertise of an MBA in start up scaling. Things felt very chaotic and disorganized with a primary focus of revenue and forced treatment outcomes.

      Question 1

Same pizza question everyone has had and a very lengthy case study project requiring a PowerPoint, a formal paper, and presentation.
